Sue Anderson

Director

Sue has successfully run her own training and development company for the past 15 years. She has worked on a number of international projects that have allowed her to experience many levels of management and leadership. She is an internationally accredited Master Facilitator for Huthwaite International and is the representative for Huthwaite on the African Continent.

In Sue’s role as business owner she develops, delivers and coaches various levels of learners to reach their potential and develop skills. She believes that every person has the inherent ability to change and the wisdom to know that they can be successful. Sue works with these individuals to help them to realise their potential and builds easy relationships based on trust and transparency.

Her field of expertise is in the area of sales. She is very involved in youth skills development and runs a number of life skills programmes. She is also involved in mentoring young ladies

Sue is passionate about skills implementation and the behavioural changes that are necessary to ensure success for staff. She is very aware and drives the fact that learning needs the support of coaching in order to affect a culture and behavioural change within an organisation

Suzette Serfontein

Director

Suzette’s focus has always been on the development of people and optimising organisational performance, both in a management role as Manager Sales, Marketing & Motor Industry Training and Senior Project Manager Quality Management at the Standard Bank group as well as independent consultant & facilitator for the past 20 years. As independent consultant, she has worked in various industries throughout South Africa as well as all English speaking countries in Africa as well as Sudan and Senegal.

Her experience is focused on the development and performance improvement of individuals and teams, specifically in the areas of sales, customer service and management development. She has trained, facilitated groups, coached as well as designed and developed programmes and processes within various industries and worked at all organisational levels. She also consults to management in the areas of training and performance management, sales and service strategy with the ultimate goal of improving both individual and organisational performance.

Suzette has a BA Degree from RAU (University of Johannesburg) and a MDP from University of Pretoria. She is an accredited assessor with the Services SETA as well as an accredited facilitator/master trainer in various national and international management and sales training programmes (e.g. Gazing Performance International, Huthwaite International) etc. She is also a licensed practitioner for Science of Happiness at Work (I-Opener Institute UK).

Margaret Makura

Margaret is a renowned Business and Learning Specialist with over 15 years of experience, working in both Global and Local Banks in various departments including Sales, Credit, Transaction Banking, and Service among others. Some of the entities she worked for and with include, IFC, a member of the World Bank group, Standard Chartered Bank, Standard Bank Group, and Eco Bank.

She holds a Master in Business Leadership degree from UNISA, with BSC Economics Honours as her first degree, and is accredited by several International bureaus, including Omega International (Singapore based).

As a Skills development expert, Margaret has multi bank, multi sector and multi-regional exposure and has vast experience in programme design, development and delivery. She has delivered training across various markets including, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Botswana, Zambia, and many others.

Leadership

Beverley Pieterse

Beverley Pieterse is the Founder and Managing Director of Traincrew and has more than 30 years’ experience in the IT and Telecoms industries, having held management positions in sales and customer service. Beverley has been facilitating and training in the corporate industry for the past 6 years.

Beverley is a corporate trainer, an educator or instructor who works comfortably in any business environment and conveys the required bespoke knowledge or skills to a group of employees. She is also an associate trainer with Unlimited People Consulting.

Beverley’s job as a facilitator is to get others to assume responsibility and take the lead. Beverley exudes self-confidence and enthusiasm. She is naturally curious about people, things and life in general. She is able to keep the big picture in mind while working on the nitty-gritty.

Zahn-Michelle Abreu

Her dedication and diligence coupled with her understanding of the transformational policy framework has enabled her to achieve great success for her clients and team in Business Development, Strategic Management and Human Resource Management.

Her passion lies in assisting companies to ensure they meet their transformation requirements whilst improving the bottom-line.

Edward Hampson

Edward has significant sales, marketing and training experience, having sold directly for many years, developed (and trained) programs in sales, customer service and marketing, developed and managed prospecting and sales teams, lead sales and marketing initiatives and developed sales & marketing strategies at a senior level.

He has developed through the sales and marketing ranks, from Sales Representative, through to Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, Marketing Manager, National Sales & Marketing Manager, Head of Business Development, and owner of his own business.

His business experience ranges across various industries which include Retail Banking, Asset Finance, Life Insurance and Investments, Private Wealth Management, Retail store management, Training and Education (including course development), Jewellery & watches, Business to Business Sales & Consulting and the supply of furniture to various market segments.

Edward has been employed in small, medium and listed businesses, and currently runs his own SME business. His experience translates into a personal understanding of the dynamics and requirements of sales and marketing in the different business sizes. He has a passion for teaching, developing and delivering sales and service programs.

From an academic perspective, Edward holds a current graduate qualification in Marketing from the Institute of Marketing Management, Graduate School of Marketing (IMMGSM).

He is an accomplished trainer, presenter and speaker having achieved Competent Toastmaster (CTM) status.
